My Training Approach

There’s an old saying, usually attributed to Confucius, that goes something like “Give a man a fish, and you’ll feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, and you’ve fed him for a lifetime.”

At, that is our coaching approach in a nutshell: You will transform your physique and all that. But that’s just a by-product of our coaching process. More importantly, you will develop habits that will serve you for the rest of your life. A sustainable approach to training and nutrition, a new way of looking at your lifestyle. Fitness as we know, is a journey not a destination.

The coaching is very goal oriented. But what’s more important is the habits that will allow you to maintain it, and make you independent for life.

Our Clients not only get into their best shape, they stay in their best shape!

Workout Design

A customised training plan designed according to your goals and lifestyle. Step by Step instructions attached. Goal is to make you strong while learning how to train sustainably as a lifestlye.

Nutrition planning

A systematic nutrition plan designed according to Indian food preferences and lifestyle. You will also get feedback on your meals and portions. Goal is to make you a skilfull eater.

Supplement Guidance

Market is full of fake and BS Supplements. I can & I will save you lots of money here by recommending only what’s safe and needed. Enough wasting your hard-earned money on worthless supplements.

Weekly Progress Tracking

You will be required to fill your progress sheet regularly so that at the end of the week it shows the progress made and issues faced. You will receive feedback on the progress every week, and changes will be made accordingly (if needed).

Plan Modifications

As you progress, there will be changes required in your workout and diet plan to make sure you continue to progress. This will be taken care of very systematically at our end..

Daily Ongoing Support

Your queries will be answered within 24 hours – you will receive coaching cues on your exercise forms and meals – so that you always have feedback before the next session.

The Optimal Hypertrophy techniques of exercise like:

  • Frequency: Learn how many times to a week to optimally train each muscle group
  • Intensity: Number of Sets/Repititions for each muscle group
  • Volume: Perfectly design plan according to your fitness goals
  • Type: Inclusive of Resistance and Cardio-Respiratory exercises
